Trier

Share

Tuesday experience: Trier - the oldest city in Germany. Examples of Architecture spanning every century since Roman era are visible everywhere! I'd recommend a visit for you @Lisa next year!

Basilika (now protestant church) from Roman time; Dom (Catholic Church and base of the Archbishop) and it's courtyard and interior; view up main street from Porta Negra (Roman city gate, once used as church).

German street food 😋 pairs excellently with a glass of riesling at a wine stand!
